Ningbo Customs has continuously seized over 30,000 infringing Labubu products in exported goods.

Ningbo Customs, including Daxie Customs, has continuously seized infringing Labubu products in export goods. During the inspection process, customs officers found that the packaging of blind boxes and masks bore the trademark symbols "Labubu" and "POP MART", while the other plush toys, keychains, reading pens, rulers, modeling clay, and slime all featured patterns highly similar to the Labubu product series. Upon contacting the rights holder, it was confirmed that these products all infringed on related trademark and copyright rights. A total of 34,620 items were counted.
