Ideal car product manager: the price of the i8 will not easily reach 500,000.

On June 21, the product manager of Ideal Auto, @Laiinhart, posted on Weibo to introduce the concept, design, and driving experience of the Ideal i8. According to him, Ideal Auto aims to create a large 6-seater pure electric SUV with long range, spacious interior, and a price tag that does not easily exceed 500,000 RMB. He emphasized that the Ideal i8 will not be priced higher than other large 6-seater pure electric SUVs. In terms of design, he mentioned that the market always needs time to adapt to new forms, as seen with the L9 and MEGA, which have become increasingly popular over time. The i8 will also go through this process. Regarding the driving experience, he discussed the i8's low center of gravity and front driving visibility. He believes that the i8 is Ideal's interpretation of Tesla's industry benchmark, created from first principles, such as a low hood, large slanted windshield, and a sleek roofline.
