VoiceTech (02495.HK) and its subsidiary have signed a procurement agreement with Shanghai Jiangyulu.

Zhixin Finance APP News, Sontex Technology (02495.HK) issued an announcement that on June 20, 2025, Shanghai Sontex Smart (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Shanghai Jiangyulu have entered into a purchase agreement. Shanghai Jiangyulu agrees to purchase and Shanghai Sontex Smart agrees to sell a certain number of hardware and software products. According to the purchase agreement, Shanghai Jiangyulu shall pay Shanghai Sontex Smart a total price of RMB 6,085,000 for the hardware and software products.
