Chinese AI company Unisound seeks to raise up to 320 million Hong Kong dollars in Hong Kong IPO

According to the application document filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, AI solution provider iFlytek Co., Ltd. plans to issue 1.56 million shares in its initial public offering in Hong Kong, with a price range of HK$165.0 to HK$205.0 per share. The company is seeking to raise up to HK$320 million and is expected to start trading on June 30th, with China International Capital Corporation and Haitong International acting as joint sponsors.
