Kexiang Corporation announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Zheng Xiaorong, pledged 18.05 million shares, accounting for 28.99% of the shares held by him, and 4.35% of the total share capital of the company. Tan Dong pledged 1 million shares, accounting for 2.08% of the shares held by him, and 0.24% of the total share capital of the company. Kexiang Capital pledged 18.39 million shares, accounting for 99.96% of the shares held by it, and 4.43% of the total share capital of the company. The total pledged shares of the three parties amount to 37.44 million shares, accounting for 9.03% of the total share capital of the company. The starting date of the pledge is June 17, 2025, and the pledgee is Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd., used to provide guarantees for related parties.
