Hunan Haili announced on the evening of June 19th that the company recently obtained a "Special Loan Commitment Letter for Stock Repurchase of Hunan Haili Chemical Co., Ltd." from the Changsha Tianxin Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. The commitment promises a maximum loan amount of 200 million yuan, with the loan amount not exceeding 90% of the actual repurchase funds used. The loan term shall not exceed 3 years.
