Kangda New Materials (002669.SZ) plans to acquire at least 51% of the equity of Zhongke Huawei.

The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reported that Kangda New Materials (002669.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Acquisition Intention Agreement" with Chengdu Zhongke Huawe Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Huawe Micro" or "target company") and its shareholders Liaoning Sihewei Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Liaoning Sihewei"), Zhao Feng, and Sun Lina on June 19, 2025. The company plans to acquire at least 51% of the equity of Zhongke Huawe Micro in cash. After the completion of this transaction, the company is expected to achieve controlling stake in the target company.
