Moody's: Confirms New World Development (01030.HK) "Caa1" Corporate Family Rating Outlook Upgraded to "Positive"

On June 19, Moody's changed the outlook of Seazen Group Limited (referred to as "Seazen Development" 01030.HK) from negative to positive. At the same time, Moody's confirmed Seazen Development's "Caa1" corporate family rating (CFR) and the "Caa2" supported senior unsecured rating on bonds issued by New Metro Global Limited and guaranteed by Seazen Development or Seazen Holdings Co., Ltd (referred to as "Seazen Holdings" 601155.SH).
