Ruian Real Estate (00272.HK) plans to participate in the development of Shanghai project through a joint venture company.

Wisdom Financial APP news, Ruian Real Estate (00272.HK) announced that on June 19, 2025, Shanghai Ruixinli (the Company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary) and Shanghai Xinfu Li and Joint Venture Company entered into a shareholder agreement on the joint venture arrangement of the joint venture company to participate in the proposed acquisition. Shortly before and after the shareholder agreement was signed, the joint venture company was respectively owned by Shanghai Ruixinli and Shanghai Xinfu Li with 30% and 70% equity interests.
