Megvii Technology: submits application for H-share issuance and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Migoo intelligence announced at noon that the company has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 18th to issue overseas listed shares and list them on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the application materials for this listing were also published on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day.
