The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission bans the former licensed representative of China Everbright Securities, Law Man Wai, from re-entering the industry for three years.

According to the Smart Finance APP, the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) has banned Lo Man Wai (male), a former licensed representative of China International Securities Limited (China International), from re-entering the industry for three years, starting from June 19, 2025 to June 18, 2028. The SFC investigation found that Lo had used accounts held by his sister and friends at China International and another brokerage firm for personal trading. The SFC took the disciplinary action mentioned above after the investigation.
