Polaroid: Controlling shareholders acting in concert plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.5 million shares.

Beriradi announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted action party, Suzhou Youlihesheng Enterprise Management Center, plans to sell no more than 1.5 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.8432% of the total share capital, within three months after fifteen trading days from the disclosure of the announcement, through centralized bidding and block trading. The reasons for the reduction are some employees retiring and the need for funds, and the source of the shares to be sold is from shares issued before the company's initial public offering.
