Zhejiang has initiated a Level IV emergency response to cope with heavy rainfall.

To deal with the heavy rainfall caused by the combined impact of high-altitude trough and the remnants of Typhoon "Butterfly", according to the "Zhejiang Province Flood Control and Typhoon Resistance Emergency Plan", after research and judgement, Zhejiang Province Flood Control Command decided to initiate Level IV flood control emergency response at 8:00 on June 15th.
