Hunan: Strengthening the construction of integrated computing power network.

The General Office of the People's Government of Hunan Province recently issued the "Construction Plan of Hunan Province National Data Elements Comprehensive Experimental Zone", in which it proposed to strengthen the construction of integrated computing power network. Conduct a comprehensive survey of computing resources in the province, coordinate the layout of general computing power, intelligent computing power, and super computing power, strengthen the coordinated application of computing power, algorithms, and data, and strengthen the coordinated construction of computing power and green electricity. Upgrade and build the integrated computing power dispatching and comprehensive service platform of Hunan Province, and establish a cross-regional computing power dispatching service system. Research and promote the integration of "smart computing" into Hunan, and explore integrated coordination with national computing power hubs in the form of "pairing up".
