Heavy rainfall causes several rivers to exceed warning levels, Guangxi issues a blue flood warning.

According to the monitoring by the hydrological department of Guangxi, affected by Typhoon "Butterfly", from 8 a.m. on June 14th to 8 a.m. on June 15th, moderate to heavy rain occurred in most parts of cities such as Yulin, Wuzhou, Qinzhou, Beihai, Hezhou, and Guigang, with some areas experiencing torrential rain to exceptional heavy rain. The heavy rainfall caused the water levels of Beiliu River, Nanliu River, Jiuzhou River, and some rivers along the coast of Guinan to rise by 1 to 6 meters. A total of 11 rivers and 18 monitoring stations, including the upstream and tributaries of Beiliu River, such as the Liuma River, Yangmei River, and Huanghua River, the upstream and tributaries of Nanliu River, the Li River tributary of Nanliu River, the Jiuzhou River, and the Fuqun River tributary of the Gui River, experienced flood levels exceeding the warning level by 0.02 to 2.71 meters. Among them, the section of Beiliu River in Longsheng Town of Beiliu City upstream, as well as the tributaries Liuma River and the Li River tributary of Nanliu River, witnessed the largest floods since the establishment of the monitoring stations. The Guangxi Hydrological Center issued a blue flood warning at 10 p.m. on June 14th. As of 8 a.m. on June 15th, there were still 8 rivers and 11 monitoring stations, including the upstream and tributaries of Beiliu River such as the Liuma River, Yangmei River, Huanghua River, the middle and upper reaches of Nanliu River including the tributary Li River, the Jiuzhou River, and the Fuqun River tributary of the Gui River, with water levels exceeding the warning level by 0.02 to 2.35 meters.
