("Tianhe Energy Investment") to its controlling subsidiary Jiangsu Tianhe Energy Storage Co., Ltd. ("Tianhe Energy Storage") through its own funds or self-raised funds. Other shareholders of Tianhe Energy Storage have waived their preemptive rights to the capital increase. After this capital increase is completed, the company's controlling stake in Tianhe Energy Storage will increase from 57.17% to 64.31%. Tianhe Energy Storage will still be a subsidiary of the company and will not affect the company's consolidated financial statements.
