Wisdom Finance News APP News, Bank of China Gold Lease (01606.HK) announced that the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease arrangement with the lessee (Yangzhou Hengya Photovoltaic Co., Ltd.) and the seller (Henan Bizhi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.) on June 12, 2025. In accordance with this, the company, as the buyer, entered into a transfer contract with the lessee and the seller, agreeing to purchase the trading subject matter from the seller for a price of RMB 980 million, and the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease contract with the lessee agreeing to lease the leased property (i.e. the trading subject matter) to the lessee for a lease term of 216 months.
