From June 1st, our country has entered the flood season comprehensively, with the southern regions entering the main flood season. According to forecasts, from June to August, there will be more precipitation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, the northern part of the Huai River basin, the Hai River basin, the Songliao River basin, and coastal areas of the Zhujiang River basin. There will be less precipitation in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River basin, Dongting Lake, Poyang Lake water system, Zhejiang and Fujian areas. There is a possibility of major floods in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, the Yi River system in the Huai River basin, the Zhangwei River, Ziya River, Daqing River, Yongding River in the Hai River basin, the Liao River, Hun River, and Songhua River Jilin section in the Songliao River basin. In the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, along the main stream, the Dongting Lake and Poyang Lake water system, the Qiantang River in Zhejiang, the Min River in Fujian, and the Ili River in Xinjiang, there is a possibility of stage-specific drought.
