State Power Investment Corporation: Vice Chairman Zhang Lei resigns

On May 21, Guotou Electric Power announced that the board of directors recently received the resignation letter from director Zhang Lei. Due to work adjustment reasons, Zhang Lei resigned from the positions of director and vice chairman of the company, and will no longer hold any positions in the company after resigning.
