The China Fortune Financial APP reported that Lippo (00226.HK) issued an announcement that on May 20, 2025 (after trading hours), the company (as borrower) and the bank (as lender) entered into a financing agreement for a maximum amount of HK$105 million (financing), with a term of 18 months from the date of the financing agreement.
