Microsoft (MSFT.US) promises to "untie" Office and Teams, EU seeks feedback

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, the European Commission stated on Friday that it is seeking feedback on the proposals made by Microsoft (MSFT.US) to address antitrust issues. The European Commission stated in a declaration: "Under the proposed commitments, Microsoft will offer a suite version without Teams at a discounted price; allow customers to switch to a suite without Teams within existing contract frameworks; improve the interoperability of Teams with competitors and other Microsoft products; and allow customers to move their data out of Teams for easier use of competitive solutions. We invite stakeholders to submit comments on Microsoft's proposed commitments."
