According to the Qichacha APP, Shanghai Qingmiao Culture Co., Ltd. was established recently, with Xia Xi as the legal representative. Its business scope includes television program production, commercial performances, and film distribution. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Huace Film & TV.
