CATL establishes new companies in both Guangzhou and Cangzhou.

Recently, two companies, Era Kirin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Era Kirin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., were established. The legal representatives are Wang Xu and Zhang Yongxin, with registered capital of 20 million RMB and 5 million RMB respectively. Their business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, sales of new energy vehicle charging facilities, and sales of new energy vehicles as a whole. Shareholder information shows that the two companies are wholly owned by Era Kirin Green Energy Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Era Kirin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Ningde Times.
