Guangbo Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wang Liping, released a pledge of 32.99 million shares on May 15, 2025, accounting for 26.82% of his holdings and 6.17% of the total share capital of the company. The shares released from pledge this time were pledged to the Ningbo Branch of Bank of Communications on September 1, 2020.
