According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Luoyang Dongpo Guiyuanwen Tourism Limited Company was established, with Han Shaoting as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: urban park management; urban greening management; amusement park services; zoo management services; aquarium management services; tourism development project planning consulting, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by ST Lingnan.
