Enterprise Check APP shows that recently, Baotou BYD Qianyuan Xinjing Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Zhongpo as the legal representative, registered capital of 1 million RMB, and business scope including the sale of new energy vehicles, sales of new energy vehicle accessories, and sales of plug-in hybrid dedicated engines. Equity penetration analysis by Enterprise Check shows that the company is wholly owned by Ulanqab Shengshi Xinjing Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BYD Automobile Industry Co., Ltd.
