Chinatimes Finance APP learned that the research report released by the Dutch international group ING pointed out that the news of high-level economic and trade talks between the United States and China this weekend has driven the rebound in oil prices. ING stated that the negotiations will be a sign that the trade tensions may be easing, however, although the talks will help improve the sentiment of the oil market, real demand prospects will still require substantial progress in reducing tariffs.
