ST Jinke (000656.SZ) and its subsidiary Chongqing Jinke's restructuring plan has been approved by the court ruling.

Zhixun Finance News APP, *ST Jinko (000656.SZ) announced that on May 10th and 11th, 2025, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Jinko Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. ("Chongqing Jinko") respectively received the "Civil Order" served by the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing. Chongqing Fifth Intermediate Court approved the "Reorganization Plan of Jinko Real Estate Group Co., Ltd." and the "Reorganization Plan of Chongqing Jinko Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.", and terminated the reorganization process of the company and Chongqing Jinko.
