The Economic Daily article stated that in order to promote paid annual leave from being just a "paper regulation" to a real and enjoyabl e right, apart from strengthening external constraints such as administrative law enforcement supervision, it is also crucial for employers to actively change their mindset. Applying for reasonable leave does not mean a lack of positive work attitude, and the length of working hours is not directly proportional to work efficiency. Employers may consider paid leave as a long-term investment in their employees, fully safeguarding their right to rest and vacation, allowing them to relax and relieve stress, thus enabling better work performance in the future. By improving the efficiency of human resources, it also helps to increase employees' sense of belonging and team cohesion. Good policies should not just be all talk and no action, they also need to be practical and have detailed rules. Paid annual leave involves the distribution of interests between employers and employees, besides conducting regular supervision of paid annual leaves, relevant departments can also provide positive incentives to companies that truly implement the policy.
