During the first three days of this year's Labor Day holiday, the number of entry and exit personnel at Beijing ports remained at a high level. From May 1st to May 3rd, the Beijing Border Inspection General Station checked a total of 162,000 entry and exit personnel, an increase of 21.5% compared to the same period last year. Looking at the inbound direction, with the continuous optimization of inbound policies, strong demand for holiday tourism, and the increase in international flight capacity, the number of foreign nationals entering Beijing ports during the first three days of the Labor Day holiday this year reached 27,000, an 80.8% increase compared to the same period last year. Among the inbound foreign nationals, more than 7,200 people entered through the Daxing International Airport port, doubling compared to the previous year. 16,000 foreign nationals enjoyed the convenience policies of visa exemption and 240-hour temporary entry permits, accounting for 60.1% of the total number of inbound foreign nationals, an increase of 2.2 times compared to the same period last year, showing that the policy dividends continue to be released.
