China Railway Construction Corporation (00390) won the bid for the 15.16 billion yuan Zhongji Wutie railway project, helping to boost the construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative.

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that China Railway (00390) announced recently that its subsidiary China Railway Bureau 5 Group Co., Ltd. has won the bid for the ZJWZQ-1 section, a total contracting project for the construction of three tunnels in the preliminary construction phase of the China-Kyrgyzstan Railway (hereinafter referred to as the Kyrgyzstan section). The bid price is approximately RMB 1.516 billion, with a construction period of 2191 calendar days.
