Starting from May 1st, the Law on Rural Collective Economic Organizations, which concerns the interests of a large number of farmers, will be implemented.

The Law on Rural Collective Economic Organizations of the People's Republic of China will come into effect on May 1, 2025. The issues of common concern to these farmers will be further clarified in this law.
