National Energy Administration: Support private enterprises to participate in the main or branch pipeline projects for oil and gas networks.

The State Energy Administration has issued a notice on promoting the development of private economy in the energy sector, supporting investment in the construction of energy infrastructure. It supports private enterprises to participate in the investment of nuclear power projects, and establishes a sound and long-term work mechanism. It also supports private enterprises to invest in the construction of hydropower, oil and gas storage facilities, liquefied natural gas receiving stations and other infrastructure projects, and supports private enterprises to participate in main or branch pipeline projects of oil and gas networks. It supports private enterprises to participate in investment and construction in the "Shaqi Desert" mega-base, and encourages private enterprises to build projects such as solar thermal power generation, diversified utilization of biomass energy, and renewable energy heating.
