To ensure the investment, construction, and operation management of the project, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Bo Jun Technology Co., Ltd., to implement the investment, construction, and operation of the project. The new company's registered capital is 30 million yuan, with business scope including research and development, manufacturing, and sales of automotive components. The project construction period is within 30 months from the date of land acquisition to completion acceptance. The project aims to accelerate the development of the company's lightweight and modular automotive components, expand the company's production and supply capabilities in the Yangtze River Delta region, and promote regional optimization of production capacity distribution.
