On April 28th, Zhongshui Fisheries announced that the company's chairman, Zong Wenfeng, has reached retirement age and applied to resign from his positions as chairman and director of the company. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company, and his resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. In order to ensure the smooth operation and decision-making of the board of directors, all directors of the company have collectively elected director and general manager Ye Shaohua to act as the chairman, director, and representative of the board of directors and special committees of the board of directors on a temporary basis.
