ST Panda announced that due to limitations in the audit procedures, Lian Da Certified Public Accountants is expected to issue an audit report for the company's 2024 annual financial statements that cannot express an opinion. The company's stock may be subject to delisting risk warning from the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
