BMO raises Accenture price target to $235, strong results and expanding AI demand support valuation.
BMO Capital raised its price target on Accenture from $200 to $235 but maintained a "Market Perform" rating. The firm said the company's fourth-quarter revenue and new bookings both beat expectations, and its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance was largely in line with its own estimates. BMO also remains bullish on continued expansion of demand for Accenture's AI business, believing that a growing number of AI and data partners, as well as new areas such as AI security, are creating new project opportunities. However, the firm also noted that while AI helps clients improve productivity, it could reduce demand for some traditional IT services over the long term, and therefore it remains cautious about whether AI can ultimately deliver sustained net growth to the overall IT services market. Based on the strong quarterly performance and AI business expansion, BMO raised its price target, but continued to maintain a neutral rating due to lingering uncertainty over the long-term growth impact.
