Black Myth sales exceed 30 million copies.
In recent years, from online literature and domestic games to micro-dramas, more and more Chinese content is entering overseas markets and being embraced by global users in increasingly diverse forms. The overseas user base of Chinese online literature has reached approximately 352 million; in terms of domestic games, the global cumulative sales of *Black Myth: Wukong* have exceeded 30 million copies. Chinese micro-dramas are also developing rapidly overseas. Data shows that downloads of Chinese micro-drama apps overseas have surpassed 1.21 billion. In the first half of this year, "original productions" projects initiated, filmed, and customized for local audiences overseas rose from 27% in the same period last year to 46%, gradually replacing works that were simply translated for overseas distribution and becoming the mainstream in overseas markets. From online literature to domestic games and then to micro-dramas, Chinese culture is going global through richer content and in ways that are more closely connected to everyday life.
