Jiangsu: Support leading enterprises in the fields of rocket satellites, satellite payloads, etc., in accessing capital markets and accelerate the pace of public listings.

The "Three-Year Action Plan for the High-Quality Development of Commercial Aerospace in Jiangsu Province" has been issued. It mentions the promotion of enterprises to leapfrog development. It supports leading enterprises in fields such as rocket and satellite systems and satellite payloads to connect with the capital market and accelerate their listing process. Support is also provided for core supporting enterprises in measurement and control communication payloads, satellite laser communication, and satellite power systems to grow into champions in their respective fields and specialized, innovative "little giant" enterprises. A batch of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises will be cultivated in fields like satellite application services, aerospace new materials, and basic components; a working mechanism will be established. A provincial aerospace industry development task force will be formed to strengthen inter-departmental collaboration and actively seek policy support from national ministries and commissions in areas such as launch permit approvals, frequency and orbit resource coordination, constellation operational qualifications, and major project approvals.
