It supports the joint establishment of concept verification centers by enterprises, universities, research institutes, and innovation platforms in the brain-computer interface field. It promotes the alignment of concept verification centers with major provincial science and technology projects and new product trial production plans. It encourages universities and research institutes to ensure that research outcomes in the field of brain-computer interfaces are "confirmed and fully tested." Support is provided for conducting clinical research. Leveraging clinical resources, management capabilities, and other advantages, brain-computer interface clinical trial bases, clinical and translational wards, and clinical preparatory cohorts will be established in a classified manner. Research hospitals that are deeply involved in the preclinical research of brain-computer interfaces and assist in the product launch will be granted subsidies, with individual projects not exceeding 8 million yuan.
