Morgan Stanley: WuXi AppTec (02359.HK) has been granted a preliminary injunction, lifting uncertainties surrounding the 1260H list.
According to Zhiyun Finance APP, Morgan Stanley released a research report stating that WuXi AppTec (02359.HK) has applied for a preliminary injunction in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia at the end of June this year after the U.S. Department of Defense included the company on the "Section 1260H" list.
