Ganfeng Lithium announced that the company provides joint liability guarantee for its holding subsidiary. Specifically, the guarantee for Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. is 94.8 million yuan in debt to Agricultural Bank; the guarantee for Minera Exar S.A. in the syndicate is capped at no more than 200 million US dollars. As of the date of the announcement, the actual guarantee balance provided by the company for its holding subsidiaries is 14.354 billion yuan, all within the approved limits. The companys approved external guarantee limit is no more than 35.65 billion yuan, accounting for 78.97% of the most recent audited net assets; the total external guarantee balance is 23.584 billion yuan, accounting for 52.24%.
