Ningde Times has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the new energy integrator Alfen N.V. Both parties plan to deploy a 5GWh Tianheng sodium energy storage system in countries such as the Netherlands and other Western European countries starting in 2027. This agreement marks the first batch of landing applications for the Tianheng sodium energy storage system in the European market. Ningde Times will take this opportunity to accumulate localized experience of sodium electricity application in the European grid, improve product compatibility with European grid standards, and accelerate the scale popularization of sodium energy storage technology in Europe to promote zero-carbon and diversified transformation of European energy.
