Slake announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Xianlai New Energy Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., had previously planned to acquire 70% of the equity of Shandong Aurigen New Energy Co., Ltd. for 11.3 million yuan in cash. On July 15, 2026, Shandong Aurigen had completed the relevant business registration change procedures for this equity acquisition, changed its name to "Slake New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.", and obtained the newly issued business license.
