Limited (referred to as "Guolong Technology"), signed a subscription agreement on July 16, 2026. Guolong Technology plans to invest $15 million of its own funds in TECHNOLOGICAL OVERSEAS CAPITAL 2 LIMITED (referred to as the "Fund"), which has a target size of $94.71 million.
