Wolong Energy: elect Mo Yufeng as chairman and appoint Wang Xiaoxin as CEO

The announcement of Wolong New Energy stated that the 23rd meeting of the 10th Board of Directors was held on July 16, 2026, and passed several resolutions. It agreed to elect Mo Yufeng as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the director representing the company in carrying out its affairs, and the legal representative of the company; nominated Wang Xiaoxin as a candidate for non-independent director of the 10th Board of Directors, and appointed him as the President of the company; and made adjustments to the members of the Board of Directors' special committees. In addition, the company will hold the 2026 second extraordinary shareholders' meeting on August 3, with a combination of on-site and online voting for decision-making.
