According to the Ministry of Transportation, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning for heavy rain and a yellow warning for typhoon at 10:00 on the 12th. The Ministry of Transportation adjusted the response level for strong rainfall defense to level 2 and the response level for typhoon defense to level 3 accordingly.
