South Korea's "Seoul Economic Daily" reported that, citing anonymous government officials, South Korea is considering lifting the restrictions on naphtha exports earlier than originally planned. This consideration comes as domestic naphtha cracking facilities have resumed operation at normal levels, and the US and Iran are about to sign a temporary peace agreement. Note: South Korea implemented restrictions on naphtha exports on March 27, with the control originally scheduled to expire in August.
