Robotech Corporation announced that its wholly owned subsidiary FSG, as one of the partners, is collaborating with NVIDIA to develop manufacturing and testing solutions for next-generation fully encapsulated optical and optical interconnect technologies. The new generation of products and technologies are still in the collaborative development phase with customers, and have not yet been commercialized, therefore not conflicting with current products and technologies. Although some progress has been made in the development of related technologies, the corresponding business is still in the early stages of development and has not been commercialized yet. There are uncertainties in the subsequent processes such as market promotion of products, customer validation, and scale production, which may face risks such as market promotion falling short of expectations, customer validation not being successful, and orders not being delivered on time.
