Financial APP News: Jiandao Accumulated Layer Board (01888) announced that on June 17, 2026, Jiandao Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Jiandao Investment entered into a block trade agreement with Citigroup Global Markets and Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited (referred to as "Joint Placement Agents"). According to the agreement, Jiandao Investment appointed the Joint Placement Agents to facilitate the buyers to purchase 155 million shares of the company at a price of HK$76.0 per share. Settlement of the placement is expected to take place on June 22, 2026.
